6. Suspected kidnappers have abducted a staff member of a well-known Ibadan-based agro-industrial firm, demanding a N100 million ransom for his release. The abduction occurred on Friday when four employees were returning from the company’s farm in Onigaari village along the Ibadan-Ijebu-Ode Road.

7. Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal Dare, has declared that the decision of the Peoples Democratic Party to back Rt. Hon. SKE Ude-Okoye remains valid, noting that the party will come out stronger from its crisis.
