Media entrepreneur, Mo Abudu, has launched a multi-billion naira edifice known as EbonyLife Place on Adetokunbo Ademola, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The launch took place alongside the premiere of a new Ebonylife production film ‘Your Excellency’, directed by actress Funke Akindele.
The amazing edifice is thoughtfully designed to accommodate EbonyLife cinema, White Orchid Hotel, and the Victoria Hall, providing services such as an indulgent 5-screen cinema hall, boutique, 3 VIP lounges, resturant, and a rooftop pool.
With passion and dedication, the 54-year old talk show host of “Moments with Mo’, one of the most successful syndicated talk shows on African regional television space and founder of EbonyLife TV, a fast-growing black African multi-broadcast entertainment network has helped to change the narrative about Africa as a teenager living in the UK, schooling in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, a town that had just a few blacks at the time, has been made real with profound impacts.
From creating A-rated contents and awards winning movies that speak to the continent’s most important demographic, she has again inspired the girl-child, on the possibilities of seemingly impossible dreams.
