OAP Do2dtun has defended AY Makun amid the AI-generated video of him and May kissing.
Glamtush reports that Dotun Kayode popularly known as Do2dtun has come out to support Ayo “AY” Makun after a manipulated video of him and May Edochie, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie, kissing surfaced online.
AY swiftly debunked the footage, clarifying that it was manipulated using artificial intelligence (AI) and had no basis in reality.
Do2dtun took to social media to offer words of encouragement to AY, emphasizing that he had done nothing wrong.
The OAP pointed out that both AY and May Edochie are separated from their respective partners and, like anyone else, have the right to move on and find happiness.
Do2dtun praised AY as an “amazing creative” and a legend in the entertainment industry, urging him to focus on his craft and not let the scandal define him
He tweeted, “Open note to AY: you are an amazing creative with so many years of experience & grace. Sometimes; easy to judge & maybe not perfect in a few ways but are we all? No
I need you to know one thing, yes it’s Ai and it should not to be encouraged for this purpose BUT let me be honest, you are not doing anything wrong.
There is a need to set the record straight to avoid it being used for the wrong reasons but there is so much more to you as a human being besides these scandals. You are “AY” the Legend.
Always remind them and you never never stop doing that. This is a lot sometimes especially on how it can be perceived but Oga AY; know this now, you have not done anything wrong. You are both separated and both of your partners have alleged moved on publicly.
