Star Life new series, Jhanak premieres on Friday, May 24 at 18h00.
It tells the story of an aspiring dancer named Jhanak who finds herself held back by her circumstances and the people around her.
The show replaces Faltu which ends the day before and stars Destined by Fate headliner Hiba Nawab as driven young shero Jhanak who embarks on a journey to fulfil a mother’s promise for a better life.
She has to overcome challenges and loss while crossing paths with a man who further complicates her life.
For her, dance is the breath of her life.
However, a tragedy pushes her into a whirlwind of crushed dreams, failures and a marriage of convenience.
The series also stars Krushal Ahuja and Chandni Sharma.
