According to Kemi Filani, the veteran actor died after a protracted illness.
The news of his death is no doubt a big blow to the movie industry, especially the Yoruba movie industry.
It was reported just days back that a UK pastor, Tobi Adebgboyega had gifted the ailing actor three million naira for treatment.

He also promised Fadeyi Oloro other goodies, with assurance of receiving the promised money soon.
Keeping to his promise, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega has sent the money to the family of the actor.
