Their influence runs deep: 70% of content monetisers are female, underscoring their pivotal role in brand collaborations. As trusted voices, women are transforming content creation into a profitable industry, inspiring a new generation of creators to step into the space and carve out careers of their own.
Yet, challenges remain. The gender pay gap persists, even in this dynamic sector. But through greater collaboration and by amplifying platforms that empower women to monetise their creativity, we can work towards closing these gaps.
