The combination of carrot, lemon juice and yogurt is just perfect for glowing and bright skin. Yogurt and carrot both hydrates the skin and act as a proper food for the skin.
Also, carrot contains beta-carotene which sloughs off dead skin layers, retains moisture in the skin as well as promotes the renewal of new skin cells.
- 1 tablespoon carrot paste
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons yogurt
Cut carrot into small pieces or grate and boil for 10 minutes. Mash the boiled carrot pieces, then add yogurt and lemon juice and stir properly to make a smooth paste. Apply the paste on your clean face and rinse it off after 15 – 20 minutes. Repeat process 2 – 3 times a week.
