Cardi B has reacted as Mercy Eke recreated one of her outfits for the 2023 AMVCA.
Glamtush reports that American Grammy award-winning rapper, Cardi B has reacted after 2019 Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) winner, Mercy Eke, recreated one of her outfits for the just concluded 2023 African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) which was held on Saturday, May 20.
The reality star made heads turn jaws on Saturday, baring her figure in a light blue sexy custom-made Xtrabrideslagos Lagos piece. The dress featured a corset-style bodice in a satin fabric heavily bejewelled and accessorised with matching gloves and cape.
Mercy who was styled by celebrity stylist Swanky Jerry had her hair hidden underneath the cape and was styled in a simple low bun and light curls. She completed the look with glossy neutral lip colour and smoky eye shadow.
Cardi B, who loved the look, shared a photo of Mercy in her gown on her page with the caption “888888888”.
This won’t be Cardi’s first time of recognizing Mercy’s style; in 2019, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ crooner commented on another photo of the reality star where she replicated one of the rapper’s looks.
