Nigerian Students have invaded Lagos Airport road over ASUU Strike.

Glamtush reports that despite assurance by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila to intervene over the lingering strike by the members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), students under the aegis of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), have stormed the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos on Monday.

The students’ planned mass action is in continuation of their protest against the ongoing industrial action.

The road leading to the airport has been blocked by the students who are seen with various placards calling on the federal government and the striking union to call off the lingering strike
