President Tinubu will receive his APC Certificate of Return today, Sunday, May 24.
Glamtush reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to receive the All Progressives Congress (APC) certificate of return and the party’s flag as its presidential candidate for the 2027 election on Sunday.
According to a statement shared by presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga, the presentation will take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja after the nationwide collation of results from the party’s primary election.
Onanuga said, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Sunday receive the certificate and flag of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as its presidential candidate for the 2027 elections.”
The statement, shared on X on Saturday, said APC governors, members of the National Executive Committee, the National Working Committee, lawmakers from the National Assembly, and other party leaders are expected to attend the event.
