Dadi (Shanti Srivastav) is a dominating character and the orthodox head of the Shrivastav family. Raghav is her obedient son and Kaushalya, her meek daughter-in-law. Dadi is over concerned about Sarla, her married daughter, who exploits her for money.

Dadi visits Sarla’s house to console her, but she hides from Dadi. Dadi decides not to have food and water unless Sarla feeds her. She returns home and pretends to fall ill in front of Kaushalya.

Sarla promises her mother that she would not get Amit married to Ria. Amit argues with Sarla. Sarla comforts him saying that she would get him married to his ladylove.

Shivam hides his company’s identity from his family. Meanwhile, Sarla tricks Anupam into agreeing for Ria and Amit’s wedding. Meanwhile, Ria prevents Shivam from getting rapped by his manager.

Dadi sees the video clip which Kaushalya had recorded, and misinterprets her. She intends to show the clip to Raghav. Nimmi and Priti try to delete the clip, but fail.
