Kano young man who married an older American woman has joined the US Army.
Suleiman Isah, the 25-year-old Kano man who got married to an American woman, Janine Sanchez Reimann, 48, has joined the US Army.
This online newspaper recalls that the couple got married on December 13, 2020, in Gasau Panshekara area of Kano State a few months after meeting via Instagram.
Taking to Facebook on Friday, May 12, Suleiman posted a portrait of himself wearing the US Army uniform.
“Alhamdullillah – forever grateful,” he captioned the photo.
Meanwhile, friends, family members and well-wishers have flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages.
