Nigerians can now vote for Soye Karibi-George representing Nigeria at the 73rd Miss World Festival by following the necessary steps.

Glamtush reports that Nigerians can now vote for Nigeria’s representative, Tamunosoye Karibi-George, popularly known as Soye, as she competes at the ongoing 73rd Miss World Festival in Vietnam.

Karibi-George, who was crowned Miss World Nigeria 2026, is representing the country at the global pageant and has urged Nigerians at home and abroad to support her journey towards the coveted Blue Crown.

She announced the voting process in a message to her supporters, describing the competition as a collective journey for Nigeria.

“The journey continues, and every vote brings us one step closer to the Blue Crown,” she said.

“I am honoured to carry the Nigerian flag on the Miss World stage, and I want to know that Nigerians everywhere are standing with me.”

Karibi-George added that every vote mattered as she continued her campaign at the international pageant.

“Your support matters. Your vote matters. Nigeria matters.”

The beauty queen has also called on Nigerians to rally behind her as she seeks to make the country proud on the global stage.

“If you believe in this journey, stand with me and cast your vote for Queen Soye Karibi-George,” she said.

The 26-year-old beauty queen from Port Harcourt, Rivers State, arrived in Vietnam to represent Nigeria at the ongoing Miss World Festival.

Karibi-George emerged Miss World Nigeria 2026 at the Balmoral Hall of the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos after defeating 19 other finalists.

She represented Bayelsa State during the national competition, although she is from Port Harcourt in Rivers State.

Popularly known as Soye, she is a trained communications professional and an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.

Beyond pageantry, Karibi-George is the founder of Beyond Labels, an initiative focused on inclusion, dignity and empowerment for children with special needs.

Her advocacy work has become a major part of her journey as Nigeria’s representative at the global competition.

Before winning the Miss World Nigeria crown, she had also emerged winner of Miss Africa International 2024 in Accra, Ghana.

Ahead of her trip to Vietnam, Karibi-George described her Miss World journey as an opportunity to represent Nigeria’s strength, culture and values while promoting her advocacy.

The 73rd Miss World Festival is currently taking place in Vietnam, where contestants are participating in various activities and challenges ahead of the final.

Nigeria will be hoping for another strong showing following Joy Mojisola Raimi’s Top 20 finish at the 72nd Miss World pageant in India.
