Some unknown gunmen have reportedly shot dead seven police officers on patrol in Galadimawa roundabout area of Abuja.
According to reports, the gunmen lowered the windows of their car, fired shots at the policemen in what was described as a surprise attack and zoomed off after the execution of the wicked act.
However, the Commissioner of Police (CP) Sadiq Bello, explained that he was in a briefing, and was not able to provide details of the attack.
The CP however maintained that the Command under his watch would make a statement in no distant time.
