7 Tips To Stay Hydrated During Ramadan

Muslims all around the world are observing Ramadan right now. As we know, Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection, and community.

They fast from sunrise to sunset abstaining not only from food and drinks but also from alcohol, tobacco products, and sinful habits as they stay devoted to salat (prayer) as well as recitation of the Quran.

However, it is inevitable not to feel thirsty when you’re observing a fast especially if you are involved in strenuous activities. So, how do you stay hydrated and also have enough water stored in your body before it’s time to break your fast during the Ramadan?
