According to TMZ Kim Kardashian and Kanye West (Kimye) have settled a lawsuit against YouTube founder Chad Hurley over the secretly recorded video that he shot of their engagement in AT&T Park and leaked online.
The couple sued Hurley in 2013 on claims that he manipulated his way into the venue and broke his confidentiality agreement, which now exists as a photo attachment to the winning legal document.
Kimye shaded the MixBit founder, claiming, “Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.”
The settlement reads that if Hurley pays $440,000 within the next few days, the lawsuit will be dropped. It would be recalled that Hurley sold YouTube to Google for $1.65 billion in 2006.
