Yoruba Movie Gist Awards Announces 6th Edition, Calls for Nominations

Yoruba Movie Gist Awards has announced its 6th edition, and called for nominations.

 

Olakiitan Adetutu Communications, owned by renowned Nigerian Journalist Gbolahan Adetayo, is set to host the highly anticipated Yoruba Movie Gist Awards for the 6th consecutive year. This annual ceremony, dedicated to celebrating excellence in the Yoruba movie industry, has become a significant event on the entertainment calendar.

The Yoruba Movie Gist Awards first took the stage in 2018 and has consistently delivered outstanding celebrations of Yoruba cinema ever since. With each edition, it continues to grow in prominence and significance within the industry.

The organizers have officially announced the date for the 6th edition, which is scheduled for Sunday, December 10th. The venue for this prestigious event will be revealed in due course, and it is expected to be a fitting location within Ikeja, Lagos.
