WAEC Releases 2025 WASSCE Results

WAEC has released the 2025 WASSCE results.

 

Glamtush reports that the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the results of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for candidates.

 

The announcement was made on Monday, August 4, via the council’s verified X (formerly Twitter) handle.

The examination body confirmed that candidates who sat for the exam can now access their results online.

 

In the post, WAEC stated, “The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat for WASSCE for School Candidates, 2025 that the results have officially been released today, Monday, August 4, 2025.”

Candidates who participated in the 2025 examination were advised to visit the Council’s result portal to check their performance.

“To access the result, log on to http://waecdirect.org,” the statement added.

Here is a step-by-step guide to assist candidates in accessing their results:

  • Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number (This is your seven-Digit centre number followed by your three-digit candidate number eg. 4123456789).

For examination year below 1999, enter your eight-digit WAEC Examination  Number.

(This is your five-digit centre number followed by your three-digit candidate number eg. 19865001)

  • Enter the four digits of your Examination Year eg. 2002
  • Select the Type of Examination
  • Enter the e-PIN Voucher Number
  • Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your e-PIN
  • Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up
