A popular Ugandan female artiste, Vinka angrily kicked a fan who tried to touch her Inappropriately while performing on stage.
In a video shared on twitter page by @blacksregion she was seen singing while the fan tried to touch her and immediately kicked him indirectly telling the fan that she’s not the type of lady who tolerates such harassment.
