Glamtush reports that the Former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike was seen in a throwback video declaring that he will never be a minister of the federal republic of Nigeria.
In the now-viral video, the former governor could be seen saying, “Only one person can be a minister from a state, I will not be a minister. I will not. I am not a liability, Rivers State is an asset.
Although his portfolio is yet to be known, it has been confirmed that the former governor will serve as a minister in President Tinubu’s administration.
President Tinubu submitted a 28-man list earlier Thursday as his ministers’ nominees while another batch is expected when the senate reconvenes soon.
