Five-year-old Harper Beckham will be joining her parents, David and Victoria Beckham as well as her brothers as part of the Beckham brand.
Victoria has officially registered her daughter, Harper’s name”Harper Beckham” with intellectual property authorities in Britain and Europe. Since trademarks last for 10 years, Harper will be covered until she turns 15. The application, filed on December 22 , says Victoria is the holder of the rights as parent and guardian.
This means that Harper can use her moniker for a range of branded products including clothes, toys, accessories, make-up or even entertainment in case she eventually plans to follow in her parent’s footsteps.
David Beckham was the first in the family to register his name in 2000, followed by his wife, Victoria in 2002, when she embarked on her solo music career.
The couple’s other children Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 14, and Cruz, 12, have also had their names signed up to the UK’s Intellectual Property Office, making them a part of the ever-expanding brand Beckham.
