Two INEC Offices In Ebonyi Set Ablaze
Two offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Ebonyi State have been set ablaze by unidentified persons.
The offices are located in Ebonyi and Ezza North Local Government Areas of the state.
It was gathered that no casualties were recorded but there were extensive damages to the building and facilities.
The Commission is yet to issue a full statement on the incident.
The latest attack brings the number of offices of the Commission that have been burnt to 23.
This is coming weeks after the commission’s offices in Akwa Ibom, Abia, Anambra, Enugu and Imo were also razed by unknown hoodlums.
