March kicked off on a high note as TrendyMum hosted our first hangout of the year—a heartwarming, joy-filled space where women came together to connect, dream, and just be.
Too often, women pour into others—family, work, community—without taking a moment for themselves. But at TrendyMum, we believe that every woman deserves happiness, growth, and accountability in her journey.
During our March 1st Open House, we:
- Set personal and professional goals for 2025
- Held open conversations on staying accountable.
- Played games, danced, and let loose.
- Left feeling refreshed, motivated, and seen.
A special moment of the day? Juliet Arbuah, a commercial model, won ‘Best Dressed Mum’ and went home with an exciting gift!
And what better time to have this than Women’s Month? As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2025, the theme #AccelerateAction reminds us that dreams don’t wait. Onome Igugu, our convener and a former media personality & marketing consultant, passionately champions this cause—encouraging women to chase their dreams boldly, with or without marriage and kids.
At TrendyMum, we are taking action by creating spaces that empower, uplift, and remind women that their happiness matters. And guess what? This is just the beginning—our next hangout is in a quarter!
