Nollywood actress and mother of one, Tonto Dike, whose birthday is just three days away, has equipped the Suleja Female Prison Acquisition Centre through her foundation, Tonto Dikeh Foundation as part of her charity and humanitarian gesture.

It was a thing of joy today at the Suleja prison, as Nolly wood actress Tonto Dikeh visits the prison the 2nd time barely after a week she visited with 300 hundred thousand as cash donation, two 52 inches plasma TV, 3 ceiling fans, 2 pressing irons, 2 strong decorders and cash to equip the female skill acquisition centre. It was recorded that last week Tonto Dikeh visited the prison with bags of rice and other food stuffs, toiletries, pads etc worth millions of naira . Tonto Dikeh visited the prison through her foundation. The prison controller in charge of Sulejah prison could not hold his Joy. The inmates burst into celebration as they had not watched television for years. It is an opportunity for them to watch world events like the world cup and other religious channels. The Tonto Dikeh foundation encouraged the inmates to be prayerful and hopeful and If God gives them a second chance they should abstain from crimes and be law abiding citizens. She also encouraged them to learn skills so that when they are out of prison they could earn a living from the skills acquired. The philanthropist and humanitarian actress who is also a NAPTIP ambassador and girl-child advocate, promises to always do her best to support the prison inmates and the authorities.
