This online news platform understands that the release of the monarch’s wife was confirmed in a statement issued by the state Police Public Relations Officer , Ejire-Adeyemi Adetoun, on Tuesday.

The statement also said that 13 suspects were arrested by the police in the course of the rescue operation.
