Multi-award winning actress cum filmmaker, Shan George, is set premiere her latest movie, ‘Ayade‘ on Thursday, March 2, in Calabar.
Ayade is a movie that tells a story about a young boy who grew up from a humble poor background, but has a big dream of becoming someone educated and relevant to himself and his people.
His father died when he was 10-years-old, and Ayade worked hard on his own, facing demons and turbulence while holding onto his dreams. Did he succeed in becoming something and fulfilled his dreams? How did he cope?
Ayade is a captivating true life story of the present governor of Cross River State, Prof. Ben Ayade.
The movie was shot in locations around Cross River State and in ‘Bette dialec.‘ It is produced by Shan George and directed by Nwakile Ozoemena.
