SDNON President, Otunba Femi Davies, Finally Released From DSS Detention

SDNON president, Otunba Femi Davies, has finally been released from DSS detention.

Glamtush reports that Otunba Femi Davies, the President of the Society of Digital Newspaper Owners of Nigeria (SDNON), has been released from detention by the Department of State Services (DSS).

This online platform recalls that Otunba Davies was taken into custody on August 7, after he honoured an invitation from the security agency.

According to sources close to the matter, Otunba Davies is well and healthy. However, the exact reasons behind his arrest and subsequent release have not been made public.

The DSS, on the other hand, has not issued a formal statement regarding his release or the details of its investigation.

Speculation is rife about the circumstances surrounding his detention and whether it was connected to recent political events in Ogun State.

Otunba Davies is a journalist per excellence, brand communicator extraordinaire, movie producer, artiste manager, actor, entertainer and people builder who has made a tremendous impact in society through his work in the Nigerian media industry.
