Russia-Ukraine: KPMG Joins Netflix, PwC To Suspend Operations In Russia

Russia-Ukraine, KPMG has joined Netflix, PwC to suspend operations in Russia.

Glamtush reports that job losses are expected to rise in Russia following KPMG’a announcement of its suspension of operations in Russia and Belarus.

This was announced by KPMG in a statement on Sunday evening, this online platform learnt.

KPMG joins Netflix and PricewaterhouseCoopers to suspend operations in Russia and Belarus.

KPMG Said, “We believe we have a responsibility, along with other global businesses, to respond to the Russian government’s ongoing military attack on Ukraine. As a result, our Russia and Belarus firms will leave the KPMG network.”

They added that KPMG has over 4,500 people in Russia and Belarus, and is ending its working relationship with them, “many of whom have been a part of KPMG for many decades, is incredibly difficult, citing that the decision is not about them, and it is a consequence of the actions of the Russian Government.
