Robaz Entertainment Is Not A Jamboree – CEO, Robor Asiotu

It was indeed a full house at the official launch of Robaz Entertainment and media parley which held recently at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Speaking at the event, Manager of the brand and comedian, Mong Kalu, fondly known Monkals said, Robaz Entertainment is not into music only, but movies and events as well. “We’re starting out with the record label arm of Robaz Entertainment and Martinz Ega is our first artist that we’re pushing out to the world. But we’re also into movies and we’ll come out with a movie soon. We are also into events. We’re holding a major event outside Lagos soon next year and in Lagos too soonest.

“We would not leave any stone unturned as far as entertainment is concerned,” he added.

Philip Robor Asiotu, CEO, Robaz Entertainment revealed that he established Robaz Entertainment to give back to the society that made him the success he is now as an internationally recognized businessman transacting all over the world and with offices in Dubai and Nigeria amongst others.

“I don’t want to talk too much, but I’ll say Robaz Entertainment is here to set the standard and let our actions speak for us. You’ve seen Martinz Ega perform. Why did we sign him? Simple, he has a message, lots of things to tell the people and we’ll support him fully to do that. That way, he’ll make timeless music which is our desire.”

Asiotu who is a music lover right from his childhood assured that he is equal to the task as the label is not just a jamboree.  “The label is not a jamboree. It is strictly an avenue to carve a niche for talents to shine, as well as to raise stars. We are really committed to making our dreams come through, and I want people to be on the lookout for our works. We are 100% ready to deliver because we are focused.  Music, movies and events are interwoven remember?  So, as long as we know our targets, the sky would not even limit us. I believe that this is not an impossible task because even in the western world, it is done that way, so we can still do the same here,” he added.

After entertaining guests at the event, artiste, Martinz Ega, said it would not take him much time to blow not minding that the industry is already saturated. “With God on my side and hard work, I would get there. I’m not going to be intimidated at all,” he stressed.

The unveiling of Robaz Entertainment logo was done by actress, Ruth Kadiri, Wazobia FM OAP, Igos and Robor Philip Asiotu with his lovely wife.

The event had lots of print and electronic journalists, stakeholders in the industry, comedians, friends and fans of  Robor Philip Asiotu, a Dubai-based business mogul and CEO of the brand in attendance.
