Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez Contracts COVID-19
Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez has tested positive for the COVID-19, the club said on Tuesday.
The club made the announcement in a statement via its website on Tuesday afternoon.
The 73-year-old, who is tested regularly, is self-isolating and without symptoms.
The news came on the day Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane returned to training after he tested positive on January 19.

“Real Madrid CF communicates that our president Florentino Pérez has given a positive result in the COVID-19 tests to which he is subjected periodically, although he does not present any symptoms,” Real Madrid’s statement read.
