Queen Reacts To Racism Claim By Prince Harry, Meghan During Interview
Queen Elizabeth II has reacted to the tell-all interview granted by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to tv host, Oprah Winfrey.
The Queen is saddened by the challenges faced by her grandson Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, and takes their allegations of racism in the royal family seriously, Buckingham Palace said Tuesday.
Today, March 9, Buckingham palace issued a statement on behalf of Queen Elizabeth.

The statement reads, “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.
“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.
“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”

During the interview which aired on March 7, the couple made allegations of racism within the palace and a lack of support from the royal family over mental health issues and media intrusion.
The interview was watched by 12.4 million viewers in Britain and 17.1 million in the United States, triggering a crisis to which the monarchy had to respond, media said.
