Glamtush reports that Nollywood actor, producer, and director, Murphy Afolabi is dead.
In a post by his colleague, Tunde Ola Yusuf on his Instagram page, the Yoruba actor was confirmed dead in the early hours of today.
Praying for his soul to rest in peace, he bade the actor farewell.
“We lost a strong Filmmaker Murphy Afolabi….
“May God rest your soul bro.”
According to reports, the thespian, who acted in Yoruba movies, was said to have fallen down in the bathroom at his house in Ikorodu, Lagos, on Sunday morning, May 14.
His death comes barely 24 hours after the death of popular Nollywood actor, Saint Obi, was made public.
Meanwhile, he celebrated his birthday on May 5 where he had expressed gratitude to God for blessings, grace and for the strength and courage to continue serving Him faithfully.
