Actor and member, Lagos state house of Assembly, Desmond Elliot, this morning visited the Big Brother Naija housemates in celebration of International Women’s Day along with One Campaign ambassador, Nachilala Nkombo. And the topic of discuss was #GirlsCount.
They discussed the plight of the girl child across Africa as well as women’s rights and celebrating the women across Africa who have helped shape not just their communities, but also the world around them.
After the discussion, housemates received the task to create a presentation defending the rights of the girl child and women in general.
The winner of this Task will not only become a ONE AFRICA ambassador but will get an opportunity to present their case to world leaders via such a great platform.
Housemates were visibly thrilled to see the ONE AFRICA ambassadors.
