The Personal Assistant to the president on Broadcast Media, Buhari Sallau, shared pictures of the visit on his Facebook page.
Buhari was accompanied by the state governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, during the visit to the Emir’s palace.
Sallau captioned the photos, “President Muhammadu Buhari accompanied by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State makes a stop-over at the palace of the Emir of Kano, HRH Aminu Ado Bayero, to commiserate with him over last week’s as explosion in Kano, which claimed lives.
“President Buhari earlier arrived Kano for the Nigerian Air Force Day/Reunion 2022, which is taking place at the NAF Base in Kano.”
