President Muhammadu Buhari ,today, Tuesday, October 20, launched the 260-kilometre Calabar-Kastina-Ala Super Highway Double carrier road project at Obung, Cross River.
The ground breaking ceremony was also attended by governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, governor of Akwa Ibom, Emmanuel Udoma
