Pandemonium In Obalende As Lagos NURTW Rival Groups Clash

 

 

 

 

A clash between factions of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) on Thursday morning disrupted business activities at the Obalende area of Lagos Island.

Commuters going about their routine businesses were startled by sporadic gunshots said to have emanated around the Ken Salem House.

Several properties are said to have been destroyed, while scores reportedly sustained injuries.
