Organizers Announce Date For 2021 Edition Of Yoruba Movie Gist Awards

The organizers of the yearly Yoruba Movie Gist Awards (YMGA2021) has announced November 7 as this year’s date.

The organizers of the most prestigious awards in Nigeria, Olakiitan Adetutu Communications owned by a renowned Nigerian Journalist cum Publisher of Yorubamoviegist.com, Gbolahan Adetayo has announced November 7th 2021, a date for the 4th edition of the yearly Yoruba Movie Gist Awards (YMGA2021).

The press statement made available to Glamtush by the organization revealed that YMGA 2021 is put together to celebrate the raw talents in the Yoruba movie genre of Nollywood.

It will hold on Sunday, November 7, at a yet to be announced venue around Ikeja, Lagos State Nigeria. The red carpet kicks off by 1pm while the main event will commence by 2pm.

The annual event which is rated as “The Most Innovative Entertainment Awards in Nigeria” has in the last four years been rewarding excellent performance in the movie and related industries.

A statement released by the CEO of the awards, Gbolahan Adetayo, claims that this year celebration will or course be different from the previous ones. We have alot of new activities to introduce. Also, we have appointed committee that will over see the voting process to avoid unnecessary hullabaloos. Producers, Directors and Marketers can now submit their movies for review and nomination. We however welcoming corporate organizations and individuals who will love to be part of the celebrion via support or sponsorship.”
