Glamtush reports that Chippa United goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, was the hero during the penalty shoot-out for his club, as they qualified for the Nedbank Cup semi-final.
Nwabali kept a clean sheet to lead his South African club to a 2-0 victory over TS Galaxy.
With Chippa winning 1-0, a penalty was awarded against them.
But Nwabali, who showed off similar skills at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, displayed his agility again to deny Pogiso Sanoka from 12 yards.
Chippa United went on to double their advantage, thanks to Roscoe Heinrich’s stoppage-time penalty.
Writing on Twitter after the game, Nwabali wrote, “This is my office!! Another clean sheet in the bag, back-to-back Nedbank Cup match wins prior to great team performance. Onto the next round! Chili boys.”
