Nobody From Southern Nigeria Will Become President In 2023 – Threatens Deji Adeyanju
Abuja-based activist, Deji Adeyanju, on Thursday issued a warning to Southern politicians preparing to jostle for the presidency in 2023.
The Convener of Concerned Nigerians said no Southerner would become President in 2023.
He maintained that the North would produce President Buhari’s successor.
In a tweet, the activist claimed the North would rule for another eight years after Buhari, as a repercussion for working against their region.
He explained that the move would be a lesson to politicians from the Southern part of the country who allegedly collected money to work against their zone.
According to Adeyanju: “Nobody from Southern Nigeria Will become President in 2023.
“A northerner will be President for another 8 years after Buhari. Next time they give you guys some billions to go work against the interest of your zone, you will think twice,” he wrote.
