NIN: FG Closes NIMC Headquarters, Opens 20 Enrolment Centres In FCT (See Full List)
The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Ali Pantami, has approved the closure of enrolment activities at the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), headquarters in Abuja.
Pantami also approved the reactivation of 20 centers within the FCT to make the process of NIN enrollment much easier from Monday, January 18.
The approval was contained in a statement signed by Kayode Adegoke, Head, Corporate Communications of NIMC.
According to the statement: “Members of the public, residents, and visitors to the FCT wishing to enroll for the National Identification Number (NIN) should use any of the following NIMC centers.”
The enrolment centres are list below:

Abaji Secretariat Complex, Legislative Section Abaji, FCT – Abuja;
AMAC Secretariat Annex, Kabusa Junction Apo, FCT- Abuja;
Area Council Complex Bwari, FCT, Abuja;
CIPB Building (Old Secretariat), Gwagwalada, FCT – Abuja;
Kwali Council Secretariat, Kwali, FCT – Abuja;
Opposite Forest Pasali, Along Kuje/Gwagwalada Road, FCT;
Beside Diamond Bank, Building Materials International Market;
Dutse Alhaji, FCT – Abuja;
GWARINPA FHA/Waterboard Beside Police Station Off 3rd Avenue, FCT – Abuja;

“Members of the general public within the FCT are hereby advised to visit any of the above-listed enrolment centers closest to them for NIN registration and issuance,” the statement added.
