Eguavoen has named Super Eagles’ starting XI for Nigeria vs Tunisia match.
Glamtush reports that interim manager of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Augustine Eguavoen, has named his side’s starting XI to face Tunisia in today’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), Round of 16 tie in Cameroon.
Eguavoen decided to start Moses Simon in the Super Eagles’ attack line alongside Taiwo Awoniyi.
Eguavoen’s men head to the game after beating Guinea-Bissau 2-0 in their final Group D fixtures a few days ago.
Below is Nigeria’s starting XI against Tunisia:
Okoye, Aina, Omeruo, Ekong, Zaidu, Ndidi, Aribo, Iheanacho, Simon, Chukwueze and Awoniyi.
Substitutes: Akpeyi, Uzoho, Iwobi, Olayinka, Nwakali, Umar, Musa, Onyekuru, Onyeka, Awaziem, Collins and Ajayi.
