Nigeria Confirms 13 New Cases Of Coronavirus As Death Toll Hits 10
Nigeria has confirmed 13 new cases of coronavirus, making the total number of confirmed cases in the country 318.
The new cases are in 11 in Lagos, 1 in Delta and 1 in Kano. So far, the coronavirus pandemic has spread to 19 states in the country.
Also, 70 infected patients have been discharged while 10 deaths have been recorded so far.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced the new cases via its latest update on Twitter this evening.
NCDC tweeted;
“13 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported; 11 in Lagos, 1 in Delta & 1 in Kano. As at 9:30pm 11th April there are 318 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. 70 have been discharged with 10 deaths. There are 19 states with confirmed cases in Nigeria.”
