Nicki Minaj’s Father Killed In Hit-And-Run Accident
Robert Maraj, the 64-year-old father of the rapper Nicki Minaj has died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in New York, police said.
Maraj was walking along a road in Mineola on Long Island at 6.15 pm on Friday when he was hit by a car that kept going, Nassau county police said.
He was transported to a hospital in critical condition, the police said before he was pronounced dead by a hospital doctor on Saturday.

The Nassau County Police Department said its Homicide Squad was investigating.
Police are asking any witnesses to the fatal crash to come forward.
A representative for Ms. Minaj confirmed his death but did not provide further details.
