The National Democratic Institute (NDI) has appointed actress and filmmaker, Stephanie Okereke Linus the ambassador for Stop Violence Against Women in Elections (STOP-VAWIE).
“NDI has just named me their Ambassasdor for the Stop- VAWIE Campaign- Kindly calling everyone to join us as we begin this fight to Stop Violence Against Women in Elections.#VAWIE #STOP-VAWIE,” Stephanie announced on social media.
Present at the event were acting INEC Chairman Hajiya Amina Zakari amongst others.
