NAFDAC Approves Use Of Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 Vaccine
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has approved the Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccine for use in Nigeria.
The Director-General of the agency, Mojisola Adeyeye announced this during a virtual meeting on Friday in Abuja, explaining that the vaccine is for emergency use in the country.
She noted that it can be stored between -15oC to -25oC equivalent to freezer temperature.
