Mr. & Miss Nigeria International pageant is set to showcase beauty, culture, and creativity in Akwa Ibom.

 

Glamtush reports that the 13th edition of the prestigious Mr & Miss Nigeria International (MMNI) pageant is set to hold in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, from October 8th to 20th. This year’s edition promises to be a spectacular celebration of Nigerian heritage, creativity and beauty.

According to the CEO Amb Dr Brendan Nsikak, production coordinator Sunday Christian okereke, and Bob cal CEO FETV NY, MMNI has been a beacon of excellence in the beauty pageant industry for 12 editions, promoting cultural diversity, unity, and empowerment. As the first and only mixed beauty pageant in Nigeria, MMNI has consistently raised the bar, providing a platform for individuals to shine and celebrate their identity.

Over years, MMNI has achieved immense success, with winners representing Nigeria internationally and making us proud. The pageant has also expanded its scope, partnering with relevant MDAs of the Akwa Ibom State Government to ensure world-class management and expertise.

This year’s edition will hold at the Venerable Ibom Hall, IBB Avenue, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, and promises to be a showcase of talent, creativity, and unity. The pageant will feature contestants from across Nigeria, competing in various categories, including beauty, brains, and brawn.

As part of our pledge to create more avenues and opportunities for all in the Nigerian creative industry to maximize their potentials, we are partnering with FETV. New York and bringing the first ever Fashion Entertainment Reality TV Show to Uyo, the newly crowned trending Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure industry capital of Nigeria.

The 13th edition of MMNI aims to expand the creative industry in Akwa Ibom State, grow Nigeria’s stake in global pageantry, modeling and fashion industry, and promote inclusivity and transparency in the beauty and fashion industry. This is where FETV – New York comes in.

In our proposed fashion reality show, FE TV Hub Akwa Ibom, will aim to spotlight Akwa Ibom State’s rich fashion heritage, while promoting tourism within the region. Each episode will showcase the unique fashion culture of Akwa Ibom, highlighting it’s designers, artisans and the stories behind their creations. We will take viewers on a journey through scenic beaches, 5 star resorts and urban fashion hubs, immersing them in the beauty and diversity of Akwa Ibom’s tourism landscapes.

FETV HUB will feature fashion aficionados who are passionate about both fashion and travel, engaging with local designers, models and celebreties to uncover the hidden gems of Akwa Ibom State’s fashion scene.
