Paris Saint-Germain forward Lionel Messi is back in training after he was suspended for travelling to Saudi Arabia without permission.
PSG has not officially rescinded Messi’s disciplinary punishment.
The move, however, suggests that the 35-year-old will be available for their next league game against Ajaccio on Saturday.
Messi, who apologised over the incident last Friday, was left out of the squad for their 3-1 win at Troyes on Sunday.
But today, PSG posted a picture of him training on social media, along with the caption: “The Argentinian striker from Paris Saint-Germain was back in training on Monday 8 May.”
PSG are six points clear of Lens and eight in front of Marseille with four rounds of games remaining this season.
