Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have officially divorced.
Glamtush reports that Megan Fox and her ex-husband Brian Austin Green have officially finalized their divorce after more than 10 years of marriage.
According to TMZ, the final divorce settlement was signed off by a judge on Tuesday, February 8.
Megan has since moved on with Machine Gun Kelly, to who she is currently engaged, while Brian is now with Sharna Burgess. The pair are expecting their first child.
The exes worked out their divorce agreement in October, allowing for joint legal and physical custody of their three sons, and were just waiting on the court’s stamp of approval.
Sources connected to the stars told TMZ that they did not arrange a prenup.
Due to the lack of the legal document, California laws state that anything acquired during Megan and Brian’s 10-year marriage will be split 50/50. The legal docs don’t specify their plans for child and spousal support.
The former couple share sons Noah, nine, Bodhi, seven, and Journey, five.
TMZ reported there’s a reference to a settlement they agreed to that was not filed with the court.
Megan also stated that she will have her name restored from Megan Green to Megan Fox.
Fox and Green started dating in 2004 and married in Maui years later in 2010. Fox filed for divorce in November 2020, six months after Brian revealed the couple had separated.
On his podcast, Green said that his wife had left him, revealing that she returned home from a film shoot in late 2019 and told him that ‘I feel more like myself, and I liked myself better’ when she was away from him.
They elected to ‘separate for a little bit’ and ‘see whatever it is we find’, Green explained.
