Medical Doctor Commits Suicide On Third Mainland Bridge

The man, who committed suicide by leaping off Third Mainland Bridge today, March 19, Sunday evening has been identified as a medical doctor.

According to the driver of the vehicle, the doctor asked him to pull over on the bridge and before he knew it, he opened the door and jumped over into the lagoon.

The driver of the Nissan Pathfinder SUV, where the victim leaped from recounted, he was asked to pullover on the bridge by the victim, and before he knew it, the man open the door and jumped over into the lagoon.

According to sources, he was returning from church, but jumped into the lagoon on the bridge. Officers of Rapid Response Squad have arrived the scene and rescue effort is in progress.
