JUST IN: Veteran Nollywood Actor, Saint Obi Is Dead

Veteran Nollywood actor, Saint Obi is dead.

 

Glamtush reports that after days of speculations on the whereabouts of veteran actor, Obinna Nwafor popularly known as Saint Obi, in the movie industry it has now been confirmed by various sources that the actor is dead.

This online newspaper understands that the actor reportedly died last Sunday at the home of one of his siblings and his body deposited at the morgue at Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH).

Various sources from Nollywood have, however, confirmed that both AGN and AMP are on top of the matter to get more information to brief the public.

According to Tribune Online, the actor had battled an undisclosed ailment for sometime and was reported to have relocated to Jos, the Plateau State capital for further treatment of the ailment that had kept him in and out of the hospital for over two years.

Saint Obi was the favourite of many home video lovers in late 90s and early 2000 before he suddenly stopped appearing in movies. He had featured in over 100 movies before his demise.
